Psychic Bank
1. Close your eyes for a few seconds.
2. Take three, slow, deep breathes (exhaling all the way).
3. Tell yourself you feel relaxed.
4. Now open your eyes and focus upon the image above.
5. Visually concentrate upon the image for 20 or 30 seconds.
6. While doing this, mentally send us positive energy.
